The information below outlines the financial support available to first time undergraduates at Cambridge from Scotland, based on figures for 2015-16. Details of the financial support package available to students commencing their studies in 2016-17 will be provided as soon as the information is available.

Tuition Fee Loan

Financial support How much Eligibility Repayment
Tuition Fee Loan Up to £9,000 per year. For students studying for their first undergraduate degree. Repay 9% of earnings above £17,495 per year.
Maintenance Loan Up to £7,625 per year.

Up to £4,750 available regardless of household income.

Up to £5,750 if household income of £33,999 per year or less.

Repay 9% of earnings above £17,495 per year.
Young Students' Bursary Up to £1,875 per year.

Full bursary if household income of £18,999 per year or less.

Partial bursary if household income between £19,000 and £33,999 per year.

Cambridge Bursary

Up to £3,500 per year.

Up to £5,600 for some mature students.

Students with a household income of £42,620 per year or less. No
Cambridge College awards College and award dependent. Academic or other achievements.
