Undergraduate Study

An introductory PBS (Psychological & Behavioural Sciences) interactive webinar led by Melissa Anoble, a PhD Researcher at the University of Cambridge.

About the speaker

Melissa is a PhD Researcher at the University of Cambridge exploring how young Black diasporic adults engage with music and digital media to understand identity, belonging, and connection across transnational contexts. Her work focuses on the role of sound, cultural production, and online platforms in shaping how race is experienced, negotiated, and reimagined in everyday life. She is particularly interested in community-based creative practices and how music functions as a site of informal learning and identity formation beyond formal educational settings. Melissa has published work in the Cambridge Journal of Human Behaviour and is the Co-Chair of Kaleidoscope, an annual two-day conference hosted by research students at the Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge.

This webinar is part of The Robinson Access Programme, but it is open to all to attend.
