How much do the conferences cost?
The conferences are free to all attendees, both staff and students.

Do I need to book?
Yes – booking is essential. Teachers and students can book themselves on to the Conference.

Will I receive a ticket?
Yes – your ticket will be sent to the email address you provide when booking.

What activities will be available at the conferences?
Attendees are able to join live, online Q&A sessions with current undergraduate students and academic staff. Additionally, attendees can access various pre-recorded online sessions about a wide variety of subjects, the application process and student life.

When and where are the Oxford and Cambridge Student Conferences?
The Oxford and Cambridge Student Conferences are taking place virtually in 2022 and will run 14-25 March 2022.

How do I access the Oxford and Cambridge Virtual Student Conference?
You will receive a link to the event nearer the time – please note you must have completed the booking form in order to receive the link.

I’m currently in Year 11. Can I attend?
The Oxford and Cambridge Virtual Student Conferences are aimed at Year 12 students who have already completed their GCSEs (or equivalent) and may be considering making an application in the next academic year. As our admissions information can vary from year to year, we encourage younger students to wait until they’re in Year 12 (or equivalent) before attending our Conferences.

I am an international student. Can I attend the Student Conference?
The Oxford and Cambridge Student Conferences are primarily aimed at UK students. There will be two sessions for International students but, as mentioned above, the majority of sessions will be UK-focussed. What’s available for teachers and HE advisors at the conferences?
We run a dedicated session for teachers and HE advisors focusing on Oxford & Cambridge admissions. A draft timetable with further details will be available soon.
