The University of Cambridge and the Colleges will be opening their doors to prospective students currently in Year 12 (or equivalent) and mature applicants for the Cambridge Open Days on Thursday 2 and Friday 3 July 2015.
Prospective applicants will be able to find out more about what the University and Colleges have to offer, courses, the application process, student support, finance and careers.
You will have the opportunity to speak with staff from both academic departments and Colleges, along with current students.
If you would like to visit Cambridge as part of the July open events you can either:
- book a place on the Cambridge Open Days, a large-scale event organised by the central Cambridge Admissions Office in conjunction with departments and Colleges.
- book a place on a College-specific event organised by individual Colleges.
The Cambridge Open Days programme is identically across both days. Prospective applicants wishing to spend two days in Cambridge may attend the Cambridge Open Days events on one day and a College-specific event on the other day, with each event requiring a separate booking. If you are attending a College-specific event which takes place in the morning and you would like to be able to attend departmental presentations in the afternoon, please make a booking for the Cambridge Open Days as well. Booking is essential.
The events are exclusively for Year 12 (or equivalent) students who are considering making an application in October 2015 for entry in October 2016 (or deferred entry to October 2017). We are unable to accommodate younger students or additional guests. For details of events for younger students please see our events listing.
We welcome school groups. In order to capture all of the information we need to plan the day, students are required to make individual bookings.
