Caius 12 is a programme of webinars from Gonville & Caius College for Year 12 students from state schools across the UK. It was established to encourage students to consider competitive universities and guide you through the process of making an application, ensuring that you start Year 13 feeling prepared and confident.
Selection for the scheme is carried out using a combination of academic and widening participation criteria.
The programme features four informative and interactive sessions, which all take place online:
- Monday 20 January 2025 4:30-5:30 pm: Introduction to Oxbridge application process – what to know about each stage
- Monday 3 February 2025:30-5:30 pm: Course choice and super-curricular activities
- Monday 24 February 2025 4:30-5:30 pm: Q & A with current students and Admissions Tutor
- Monday 17 March 2025 4:30-5:30 pm: Budgeting, finance and bursaries
Participants are also invited to take part in Gonville & Caius' Online Subject Taster Evenings in April-May 2025.
