King's College has been hosting an Ethnic Minorities Open Day for the last 7 years now, and this year's event will take place on 21st June 2024.
This event is oriented towards prospective students aged 16+ from Black and Minority Ethnic backgrounds, currently attending a UK school. The aim of the event is to give students from under-represented groups attending UK schools an opportunity to gain an insight into life at Cambridge and ask questions about anything from admissions to student life here at King’s.
Those registering for the event will have opportunities to hear from current students about their experiences, and will also have an opportunity to ask questions to both students, and our Admissions Tutor. They will be given a tour of the college, and a chance to enjoy lunch in our servery.
For any further information please don’t hesitate to contact our outreach officers at slo@kings.cam.ac.uk or the King’s Ethnic Minorities officers at ethnic.minorities@kcsu.org.uk
