On Saturday 4 March 2023 St Catharine's is pleased to be a hosting an open day for students from ethnicities which are under-represented at Cambridge University. The day will include opportunities to meet current students, explore the college, and hear about the application process and life at university.
Applications open Monday 16 January and close Friday 13 February.

To be eligible for this opportunity students must fulfil all of the following criteria:

  • Attending a state-run school/college/6th form college/academy
  • Identify as being from an ethnic minority that is under-represented at Cambridge University (Black African, Black Caribbean, Bangladeshi, Pakistani, Roma, Gypsy or Traveller)
  • On track to achieve a minimum of AAA at A Level
  • Currently in Year 12 (England and Wales), S5 (Scotland), or Year 13 (Northern Ireland)

Students who are not selected for the in-person Access Day will have the opportunity to attend an online version with St Catharine's staff and students.
