Homerton College Admissions Team are pleased to open applications to attend our inaugural 'Student Conference'; an opportunity for current and future Homerton students to learn, share and collaborate.
The Student Conference will involve talks, workshops, panel discussions, carousel activities and games, all linking to this year's theme of 'Building a Sustainable World'. There will also be tours of Homerton College running, as well as sustainable food on offer.
This session is focused on super-curricular activities, how universities use personal statements and advice and guidance on writing a personal statement to help make a competitive application. We will cover what sorts of activities you could include on a personal statement, and what to think about when writing about them. We will look at what elements make a strong personal statement, as well as things to try and avoid.

This webinar is for prospective undergraduate students from Singapore or Malaysia who are considering an application to Cambridge in Sept/October 2022 (for 2023 or deferred 2024 entry).
This will be an opportunity to ask questions of our Director of Admissions (Dr Emily Tomlinson) and one or two of our current students from Singapore/Malaysia.
You can also attend if you live in Singapore or Malaysia normally but are attending (or attended) a UK school for sixth form.
